Frequently asked
The essentials.
- How much does a film cost?
- Films start at 500 FCFA in West Africa, or 50 tokens. The exact cost is shown on each film page. Prices adapt automatically to your region.
- How long do I have to watch?
- In West Africa, a purchased film stays accessible for 48h. For the diaspora, film packs are valid for one month. Either way, you watch as many times as you want during that period.
- What payment methods?
- Wave, Orange Money, and bank card (Visa, Mastercard). The selection adapts to your country.
- Can I switch language during the film?
- Yes. The language selector in the player switches the audio track without restarting the film.
- Do the app and the site share my account?
- Yes. Same tokens, same history, same watchlist. What you start on the app continues on the web, and vice versa.
